How to Use the Seacliff Online Store

1) Explore and Choose Your Items

Start by browsing through our selection! Use the category buttons above or head to the Shop tab in the top menu to view all available products.

Take a moment to read product details, check the materials, and refer to the size guides to ensure the best fit.

Once you’ve found your favorites, simply click “Add to Cart” to include them in your shopping basket.


2) Check Your Cart

When you’re ready to finalise your purchase, click on the cart icon or select the “Cart” tab at the top of the page.

Review your items carefully—confirm that you have the correct sizes, quantities, and products before moving forward. Once everything looks perfect, you’re all set to proceed to checkout!

All payments for Seacliff SLSC merchandise are required at the time of ordering to ensure your items are included in the next monthly order (placed on the 1st of each month).

Payment can be made directly through the website using your credit or debit card.
We also offer Apple Pay, and Afterpay is coming soon!

Show your Seacliff pride with our club gear! Please note that orders for most clothing items are placed on the 1st of each month.

Once your order arrives, one of our team members will get in touch to arrange collection from the club.

When and where can I pick up my order?

Once we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email. All in stock items will be available for collection from the Club withing 2-3 days. All special orders may take up to two weeks, we will be in touch when you item is ready for collection. 

What if I don't want to pay online?

If you’d prefer to make a direct or cash payment, please email the team.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange on special order items. We know ordering online can be tricky, and we’re working on providing samples soon.  All items have a size guide in the images, please reach out if you have further questions.

How can I cancel my order if needed?

 If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, please email the team.

What if I'm not a member of Seacliff SLSC?

No worries!

Please make a note in the comments, we will arrange a time with you for collection or postage with a fee.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

All orders will be held for 30 days, if not collected and we are unable to reach you, your item will be returned to stock for on sale. 

Can I place an order during the off-season?

Most definitely! Our shop is open all year round! Keep an eye out for special offers throughout the entire year.

Can I try a product on to check sizing?

If we have the item in stock, you are more than welcome to try it on. You could also find a friend who may have the dame or similar item to try on.
